King of Spades Hosta

• Very thick blue-green leaves are spade shaped and heavily corrugated.
• The corrugation is concentrated in the center of the leaf.
• Leaves are a nice blue in spring but dark green by late summer.
• The slightly cupped leaves are held upright so you can enjoy the nice white underside of the leaf.
• I enjoy walking by this hosta in the greenhouse!
• Lavender flowers in late summer.
• Only sets seed pods sparingly but I do have some nice seedlings from this hosta and I grab every seed pod they set!

Why Should I Grow It? Great hosta for the front of the garden. It just looks good!
