Frosted Jade Hosta

• Hosta 'Frosted Jade' is an old standby with heart-shaped gray-green leaves and distinct white margins. 
• The white margins turn upwards giving a slightly cupped look to the leaves even though the mound is arching. Very nice!
• I love the grey-green streaks that jet from the margin to the center of the leaf.
• Slow to mature and rather dull looking when young but it will grow up and you will like it!
• Give this hosta a good fertile location with good moisture retention for optimum results.
• This montana hybrid provides great contrast when planted with ferns or astilbes. 
• White flowers appear June to July on this hosta.
